TAC engages fiber artists working in a wide variety of mediums and techniques for teaching, exhibition, and community outreach opportunities.

TEACH AT TAC
TAC Madison invites teaching artists who practice textile and fibers arts to submit proposals for in-person classes and workshops. Additional details and a link to our workshop proposal form are online here.

  • TAC is seeking teaching artists for a number of specific, requested subjects. Please contact us if you have any of these skills to share with the community.

    • Basket making

    • Rug making

    • Upholstery

    • Table Loom Weaving

SELL YOUR SMALL AND GIFTABLE ARTWORKS IN THE TAC MINI SHOP!

TAC is looking to highlight local artists in our Mini Shop in Fall 2026. Apply by August 23, 2026

  • We are looking for:

    • Fiber artworks

    • Functional home goods

    • Wearables

    • Handmade fiber specific notions (yarn bowls, pins cushions, etc.)

    • Fiber art kits

    • Handmade cards

    • Anything that would make a great gift!

    • Small quantities - 6 or less of any one item.

    • We are currently NOT sourcing supplies.

CALL FOR EXHIBITION PROPOSALS

ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCE PROGRAM

TAC’s Artist-in-Residence Program: TAC will begin its second Artist-in-Residence program in January 2027. Open call for applications for the 2027 residency period is now open! Complete details are online here.
